SHIPPING

We offer the following flat rate shipping options as below:

DOMESTIC

  • Standard shipping within Australia ($10.95) takes approximately 3-7 business days

  • Express shipping within Australia ($13.95) takes approximately 2-3 business days

  • FREE Standard shipping within Australia for orders over $125 (enter code: FREESHIPPING at check out to apply)

  • FREE Express shipping within Australia for orders over $250 (enter code: FREESHIPPING at check out to apply)


INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard shipping to New Zealand ($13.95) takes approximately 8-12 business days

  • Express shipping to New Zealand ($28.95) takes approximately 4-8 business days

  • Please note that most parcels are arriving on time, but some delays may still be experienced due to COVID-19 cases in the community:

    • There may be times when some Australia Post team members are in self-isolation.

    • Mail and parcel processing facilities may be affected by temporary closures.

    • COVID-19 related airline disruptions may mean there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and this may cause longer delivery times.

NOTE: Shipping timeframes listed above are in addition to our processing time of approximately 3 business days.

  • If you need the quickest turnaround time for your item, you may add a ‘rush order’ to your cart and choose the express shipping method to ensure you receive your item in the quickest way possible.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to the nature of handstamped, personalised jewellery, our made to order pieces are final and cannot be returned.

  • Please ensure you have entered the correct personalisation details (check spelling, uppercase/lowercase letters, punctuation and symbol choices) as we are not liable for input errors.

  • If you have noticed an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible to change your order.

  • If we have started handcrafting your piece we are unable to make any changes.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
