Gold-filled jewellery is composed of a solid layer of gold pressure bonded to a base metal, making it a great alternative to solid gold in terms of affordability and durability.

It is very high quality, tarnish-resistant and with proper care, will last many years.

Due to having 100x more gold than gold-plated pieces, gold-filled items are more expensive. However, as they will not chip, flake off or change colour over time (unlike gold-plating), gold-filled jewellery are a much more affordable, valuable and long-lasting investment.

As our pieces are lovingly handmade, there is a processing time before they get shipped.

Generally, processing time is up to 3 business days but will vary with season.

Please ensure you have entered the correct personalisation details (check spelling, uppercase/lowercase letters, punctuation and symbol choices) as we are not liable for input errors.

If you have noticed an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible to change your order.

If we have started handcrafting your piece we are unable to make any changes.
