Please specify which necklace you would like it added to (important if there are multiple necklaces in current order)

There will be an option to choose which order to place tiny pendant (to the left/to the right of original pendant) - however if ordering multiple additional pendants, write order of all pendants in “additional notes” box

Only one side of the piece can be stamped as the stamping process may indent the reverse side

Due to the handstamping nature of our pieces, there may be slight variations with letter alignment or spacing - however this is the beauty of handmade jewellery and makes your piece uniquely yours!

Please ensure you have triple checked your personalisation as we will stamp exactly as is written

Gold-filled jewellery is composed of a solid layer of gold, pressure-bonded to a base metal, making it a great alternative to solid gold in terms of affordability and durability.

It is very high quality, tarnish-resistant and with proper care, will last many years.

Due to having 100x more gold than gold-plated pieces, gold-filled items are more expensive. However, as they will not chip, flake off or change colour over time (unlike gold-plating), gold-filled jewellery are a much more affordable, valuable and long-lasting investment.

As our pieces are handmade, there is a processing time before they get shipped. Generally, processing time is up to 3 business days but will vary with season. Please check website for any current announcements.

Shipping time depends on your choice of postage at checkout. Please refer to our shipping page for all shipping information.

Express post is for shipping method only - processing times still apply.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of handstamped, personalised jewellery, our made to order pieces are final and cannot be returned.

Please ensure you have entered the correct personalisation details (check spelling, uppercase/lowercase letters, punctuation and symbol choices) as we are not liable for input errors.

If you have noticed an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible to change your order. If we have started handcrafting your piece we are unable to make any changes.
